Issues With Your Order
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately at support@loopedlaces.com if your shoelaces are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong order. We will review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or cancellations.
Returns
We offer returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the order shipment tracking.
Items acceptable for return must be unworn, unaltered and undamaged. Returned items will be subject to review to ensure they meet the return requirements.
We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet our Return Policy.
How do I return an item?
Complete the following steps to initiate your return request:
- Download and complete a Return Request Form
- Securely package your item(s) and completed Return Request Form together in a shipment
- Send your shipment with a tracked mode of delivery (tracking number required) to:

Please note that we will not be responsible for any lost or untracked shipments for return requests.
Your return request will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt of your return item(s), based on the confirmed shipment tracking and is subject to inspection and compliance with our Return Policy.
Any return requests that do not qualify under our Return Policy will not receive a refund.
How long will it take to process my return request?
Return requests are processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt of your return item, based on the confirmed shipment tracking. This does not include weekends or Canadian/American statutory holidays.
Once your return request is processed, we will send you an email confirmation on your refund status.
How will I receive my refund?
If your return request is approved, you will be notified by email confirmation of your total refund amount (excluding the initial shipping fee for your order). Refunds are processed only to the original payment form for the order. Cash refunds are not provided for returns.

You will need to print, complete and return the Return Request Form along with your returned item(s).
Are there any fees for a return request?
There are no fees for a return request and you will be responsible for payment of the return shipping of your item(s) to us.
Can I drop off the items at your office?
Unfortunately, we do not accept in-person return requests – please only ship your items to us using a delivery/logistics carrier.
What if my return request is not approved?
We will send you an email confirmation to notify you that your return request was unsuccessful. You will have the option to have your item(s) returned to you should you choose to pay for the shipping fees.
